The booking process

At ShootHer Productions, we aim to make the booking process smooth and efficient so you can focus on bringing your vision to life.

Here's how it works:

 

1.Fill out the form

 

Start by completing the online booking form. This is where you'll provide key details about your shoot including the type of project, location & date, inspiration and any special requests. The more information you give, the better we can tailor the experience to fit your needs.

 

 

2.Let's Talk Details

 

Once we receive your form, we'll reach out to discuss the specifics. This step ensures that we're on the same page about creative direction, logistics and expectations. We'll go over pricing, contracts and the non-refundable retainer to secure your date.

 

 

3.The big day - shoot day!

 

The moment we've all been waiting for! Come prepared and ready to bring your vision to life. On the day of the shoot, your 2nd payment installment will be due before we begin capturing your content.

 

 

4.Deliverables & final payment

 

After the shoot, we'll edit and prepare your final deliverables. Once your photos/videos are ready, you'll receive a preview link for review. When you're fully satisfied, the final installment is due. After payment, you'll have full access to download your content to your heart's content.
